1. General provisions
This document is a public service agreement governing the provision of virtual servers, hosting, and related Cheap-Host services.
Creating an account, placing an order, or paying for services means the user accepts these terms.
2. Subject of the agreement
Cheap-Host provides access to virtual infrastructure services, and the user agrees to use them lawfully and pay according to the selected plan.
3. Prohibited use
The following is prohibited on Cheap-Host services:
- cryptocurrency mining or hidden or large-scale digital asset mining;
- operating botnets, command-and-control nodes, malicious networks, or attack infrastructure;
- DDoS attacks, scanning third-party networks, intrusion attempts, password brute force, or other malicious network activity;
- hosting malware, trojans, stealers, loaders, exploit kits, phishing pages, or other malicious software;
- spam, phishing, fraud, carding, deception, or distribution of illegal content;
- using the service to evade restrictions, abuse proxies, anonymize illegal activity, or conceal attack sources;
- activity causing excessive infrastructure load, degraded network performance, or risks to other customers.
4. Administration rights
If violations are detected, Cheap-Host may restrict service access, suspend a server, block an account, or remove malicious content without prior notice.
In cases of obvious abuse, malicious activity, network attacks, or legal violations, refunds may be denied.
5. User responsibility
The user is fully responsible for hosted content, account security, and the actions of their applications, scripts, and users they grant access to.
The user must maintain backups of critical data unless the service explicitly states otherwise.

Continued use of the services after publication of changes means acceptance of the updated terms.
